No single treatment is a cure-all.

Different treatments are appropriate for different people in different situations. At Integrative Psych, we don’t start with a treatment — we start with you.

The Five Pillars

A framework built on the whole person.

Mental health cannot be reduced to a single variable. Our Five Pillars model ensures that every factor shaping your wellbeing — biological, psychological, sociological, spiritual, and environmental — is part of your care.

Biological

We evaluate genetics, neurochemistry, hormones, metabolism, and physical health as foundational factors. No psychological treatment exists in isolation from biology.

Psychological

CBT, DBT, EMDR, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapies — matched to the individual’s presentation, history, and goals.

Sociological

Relationships, family systems, cultural identity, socioeconomic factors, and community all shape mental health. We examine the whole social ecosystem.

Spiritual

Purpose, meaning, values, and existential concerns are not separate from treatment — they are often central to lasting recovery and genuine wellbeing.

Environmental

Sleep, nutrition, movement, physical space, and daily routines create the conditions for mental health. We treat the environment as part of the prescription.

How We Treat

A full range of evidence-based modalities.

We do not subscribe to a single therapeutic school. Our clinicians are trained across multiple disciplines so that your treatment plan can draw from whichever approaches the evidence and your needs support.
