No. DBT is effective for anyone who struggles with emotional dysregulation, regardless of diagnosis. It is widely used for eating disorders, PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

Does DBT include a skills group?+

Traditional DBT includes a skills training group in addition to individual therapy. We offer individual DBT skills training — ask your clinician about the best format for you.
